Hello everyone, my name is Adrian Mirsad Cerda Campoy. I work with the Ancla de Amor as an administrator. My job is to organize, account for, and manage operation. expenses, including payroll, filing, and keeping track of incoming and outgoing funds. All receivables come in the form of contracts from our charitable partners in Canada, The United States and Mexico. I also support the optimization and regularization of each group’s expenses. I also support the expansion of the facility to improve the well-being of children and adolescents.

Anchor has been a great blessing for me, as I have found a purpose in my talents and abilities to apply them to ministry with children. It’s not just a job for me, but a life with purpose. Every day I know that every action I take in the office is for the common good of the children, for which I am grateful to God for the great honor of working with them at Ancla de Amor. God is working day by day both in the children of Ancla and in my life. My goal is to develop alongside them so I can provide them with optimal and dignified work for their well-being, because as our God says, it is better to give than to receive. That is my thought every morning as I work on the mission. I hope to be a blessing to all the children of Ancla as they are to me.
